General

Your purchase from The Gawler Foundation Inc. indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. All sales, whether internet based or in store are subject to these terms and conditions. It is important you read and fully understand this document at the time of purchase.

The Gawler Foundation Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

The Gawler Foundation Inc. is the service provider; it is also referred to as "TFG", "us" and "we".

Customer is the person or organization who purchases or seeks services from The Gawler Foundation Inc. It is also referred to as "you".

Pricing information:

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, due to exchange rate fluctuations and the fact that our suppliers will also change prices without notice. We do update the website prices as soon as possible after a change.

Placing orders

  • Though we attempt to keep all items advertised on the website in stock at all times, we do occasionally run out of stock temporarily. When this happens we will notify you of the delay, if it will be more than two weeks.
  • Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after dispatch will result in the customer having to pay the Postage & Handling charges for sending the parcel to them and also the cost of shipping it back to us.

Payment

  • We accept Mastercard and Visa.
  • Orders to Australian destinations, placed by phone can also be paid for by cheque or money order payable to 'The Gawler Foundation'. The order will be shipped once the cheque is received.
  • Orders to Overseas destinations must be paid by Mastercard or Visa. We cannot accept cheques from overseas banks even if they are in Australian dollars.
  • Direct Deposit - We don't encourage direct deposit to our bank account as it can hold up shipment of an order for 5-6 days.

Shipping

  • Orders above $150 AUD in value will incur an extra charge for:
    • Registration & Extra Cover (Insurance) to Australian destinations.
    • Extra Cover to overseas destinations, where Registration is not available.
    • Registration & Extra Cover will be charged at current Australia Post rates. See www.austpost.com.au for rates.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • The Gawler Foundation Inc. will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment which occasions delay.
  • The Gawler Foundation Inc. will replace goods lost in the mail up to the value of $150 AUD and also above that value, where Registration & Extra Cover has been paid by the customer.

Return and refund

  • Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to The Gawler Foundation Resource Centre within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
  • We will only refund or replace a CD or DVD if it is faulty, not because the customer has changed their mind about purchasing it.
  • We will not refund or exchange any CD or DVD if the cellophane wrapping has been opened, unless it has a manufacturing fault.

Onilne Security

  • This website uses the eWay payment gateway and supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) of 128bit or greater.
  • An SSL certificate is a globally accepted technology that helps a customer to confirm the website they are dealing with is secure. SSL certificates secure your online transactions by encrypting credit card and personal information and providing a safe route of communication for your online payments.

Warranty claim

  • Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.
  • The Gawler Foundation Inc. does not handle warranty claim for those goods where the manufacturer accepts direct warranty claims from customers.
