The above download is a sample letter of referral that you will need to comply with Tax Office legislation with respect to tax offsets on our Life and Living program.
NOTE: A you do NOT need a referral to attend our Life and Living Program – it is just to ensure you meet the ATO rules if you want to claim the Tax Offset for medical Expenses over $2,000 in your tax return. If you give us a copy of the referral we will give you a certificate stating the cost of the program with the accommodation taken out as this is not claimable.
