- Book 1 has a menu plan for the Wellness Diet while Book 2?s menu plan is for the Healing Diet.
NB: The Gawler Wellness Diet is a healthy vegetarian diet for anyone. The Gawler Healing Diet is a modified version of the Wellness Diet, designed for people who are dealing with cancer. The Healing Diet used to be called the Acute Diet and the Wellness Diet was the Maintenance Diet. You will see them referred to by either name in some places.
