Pathways to Intimacy - relationships, meditation and wellbeing retreat

2012 Program Dates
July 6th – July 8th

A weekend retreat to enhance relationships, empathy and communication skills

Program Overview

Pathways to Intimacy is a three day weekend residential program at the Gawler Foundation’s Life and Living Centre in the beautiful Yarra Valley. This program is suitable for couples and individuals who would like to develop skills for creating and inviting more intimacy into life, to enhance all relationships : with a spouse/partner,  children, friends and  family.

Intimacy is one of our core needs. We all need to touch and be touched by significant others. We need to be seen and known for who we are. We need to love and be loved. We need the ability to be close.  In our busy world much emphasis is placed on learning skills for professional development and materialistic success. Less priority is given to developing skills for cultivating more intimate relationships and more emotional openness. As a result, relationships are often neglected; they may stagnate, become one-dimensional, or simply wither and die.

Intimacy can be learnt and intimacy skills can be cultivated to develop or attract more fulfilling relationships.
