An open Mindfulness meditation session suitable for everyone

Program overview

The Melbourne Meditation group meets weekly and provides an opportunity to:

From the stillness of meditation, discover the power within to live your life to its full potential.

Format

One hour sessions held weekly - simply arrive and settle in for a guided Mindfulness-based meditation session  - an oasis of tranquility in a busy day, in a busy city.

When and Where

Weekly sessions are held at our Hawthorn Centre (Tues and Thurs lunchtime) and at Yarra Junction (Tues evenings).

Facilitators

We have a team of highly qualified and caring staff who draw on a rich background of personal experience.  More importantly, they have an empathy and understanding gained from many years working and training in this specialised field.
