Learn healing Mindfulness Meditation over six transformative weekly sessions.
The six week Mindfulness Meditation course is an excellent opportunity to learn or deepen your meditation and relaxation skills in a small group atmosphere. The group will learn the Mindfulness meditation method as outlined in the book "Meditation - An In-depth guide" by Ian Gawler and Paul Bedson.
Weekly sessions of 1.5 hours will provide you with the skills, understanding and practice of relaxing and healing meditation. Being a weekly course, you will have the opportunity to practise during the week and then have any difficulties addressed or questions answered by an experienced meditation teacher.

Mindfulness Meditation can transform ordinary, everyday existence and survival into something truly meaningful and wonderful. Meditation can help with:
To integrate and consolidate the benefits of the course, we recommend attending our weekly ongoing meditation group at our Hawthorn Centre. Additionally, The Gawler Foundation offers individual meditation instruction sessions for anyone who feels that need.
This six week course is held at our Hawthorn Centre several time a year.
We have a team of highly qualified and caring staff who draw on a rich background of personal experience. More importantly, they have an empathy and understanding gained from many years working and training in this specialised field.
