Saturday – Ian is presenting a full day workshop titled 'Meditation - A Complete Path', in which he gives an overview of how to meditate as well as presenting techniques for physical relaxation, calming the mind, healing imagery and the deeper stillness that leads to spiritual realisation. Sunday – Ian is presenting a full day workshop in which he explores new ways of approaching health, healing and wellbeing. Ideal for people interested in health, wellbeing, disease prevention and management. Also for health professionals and those seeking profound healing.

Time: Arrive 9:30am for a 10am start until 4:00pm
Venue: Turner Hall, NSW Tafe, Cnr of Harris St and Mary Ann St, Ultimo, Sydney
Cost: Adult/Concession: Single day $90/$80. Full weekend $160/$140
