Lee Clements has studied with many teachers in India ,USA and Australia including Dr Ian Gawler and is an endorsed Gawler Foundation Meditation Teacher . Lee brings a wealth of insight, experience and gentleness with her teaching. Her understanding to the journey of learning meditation will help you gain strength to continue your own daily practice.

Lee has been in private practice in Newcastle NSW as a Massage Therapist for 30 years. Her areas of speciality are Reflexology,  Massage,  Aromatherapy and  Meditation. Lee has  a strong referral business with allied health practitioners and specialises in Relaxation and Stress Management. Lee is an Endorsed Gawler Foundation Meditation Leader.
