Governance
The Gawler Foundation is an Incorporated Association governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. The Gawler Foundation's Chief Executive Karin Knoester reports directly to the Board of Directors. The Board meets bi-monthly and the Annual General Meeting is held in February or March.
All financial members of The Gawler Foundation are able to attend the Annual General Meeting and all financial members have full voting rights.
The Gawler Foundation is a non-denominational, non-profit, charitable body with tax deductibility status.
